We can help with catering and refreshments. Here at Everyone Events, we work with dedicated and trusted suppliers to make sure you get exactly what you want, while many of our venues also include bar facilities to ensure everyone stays refreshed. Dry hire and corkage options are also available at several locations if preferred.
Meeting and Conference Facilities for all
Regardless of whether you’re holding a small, intra-team meeting for 20 or so people, or are in the midst of organising an enormous conference for thousands, we’ve got the right venue for you. For example, Vale Farm in London has modern meeting facilities for up to 35 people per room, each of which comes with audio/visual equipment and fast, free WiFi.
At the other end of the scale is K2 Crawley in West Sussex. Its enormous multi-purpose main hall can hold up to 3,000 people. It comes with a range of customisable features to help make your conference a success, including temporary flooring, acoustic curtains, IT services and more. These are just two examples of the huge range of meeting and conference facilities we have available, however.
