Payment terms vary slightly per venue so please check with the events manager at your chosen location. Typically, however, we require a 25%-50% deposit of the total balance to secure the date, with the final balance due between one and three months prior to your event.

Full catering – tailored to your needs and budget – and bar services can be provided at the vast majority of our venues. On the rare occasion that we cannot meet a client’s requirements, we may permit outside catering.

We do at some of our venues such as Harrow Leisure Centre and Porchester Hall. Please ask the events manager for more information.

We have a tried and tested list of recommend suppliers to help with any of your event needs. Alternatively, as we understand the importance of making your event entirely bespoke, we do also allow you to use your own suppliers at most venues.

Yes, all of our venues are accessible to wheelchair users.

Outside London, all our venues have car parks. In central London, however, some do not. In these cases, our locations are usually within short walking distance of multiple train or tube stations, have nearby street parking or reduced rates with multi-story parking (or all of the above!).

Packages vary per venue but typically include exclusive access, staffing, equipment (including set up and breakdown) and cleaning.

The licensable hours vary per venue so please check with the events manager. An extension is possible with prior arrangement.

Public Wi-Fi is available at all venues free of charge.

Wherever possible we always try to accommodate every client’s budget, this includes charitable organisations.
