The Training Pool is available for hire on its own but is usually done so in conjunction with the Competition Pool. This is because it is used in conjunction with the main pool as a warming up and cooling down area. It can be divided into two 25m pools thanks to the adjustable boom and has a fully adjustable floor, allowing the depth to be altered. The Training Pool also boasts modern amenities and dedicated changing facilities.
