Whether you’re holding a small meeting for those in your team and feel the need for a change of atmosphere, want to meet half way with some clients or want to put on a full-on conference for thousands of delegates, we’ve got the venue for you. From small meeting rooms for up to 20 people to vast halls, we’ve got a huge range available.

We can also help with catering and refreshments. Here at Everyone Events, we work with dedicated and trusted suppliers to make sure you get exactly what you want, while many of our venues also include bar facilities to help make sure everyone stays refreshed. Dry hire and corkage options are also available at several locations.

Meeting and Conference Facilities for all

Regardless of whether you’re holding a small, intra-team meeting for 20 or so people, or are in the midst of organising an enormous conference for thousands, we’ve got the right venue for you. For example, Vale Farm in London has modern meeting facilities for up to 35 people per room, each of which comes with everything you need for a successful meeting. This includes audio/visual equipment and fast, free WiFi.

At the other end of the scale is K2 Crawley in West Sussex. Its enormous sports hall can hold up to 3,000 people (although 2,000 is more common). Naturally, it comes with all the customisable features required to make your conference a success. These are just two examples of the huge range of meeting and conference facilities we have available, however.
