The International Sports Hall at Ponds Forge International Sports Centre is one of Sheffield’s largest and most versatile event spaces, offering a massive 1,570 square meters of flexible floor space in the heart of the city centre. While it is a premier 10-court hub for badminton, basketball, and netball, its true strength lies in its ability to transform into a blank-canvas “super-venue” for large-scale non-sporting events. With a generous capacity of up to 2,000 people for standing events and 1,300 for gala banquets, the hall is a proven destination for everything from national exhibitions and trade shows to major political conferences, university graduations, and televised sporting championships.
